In
the midst of organic vegetable, herb and perennial fruit gardens,
with Sweetwater Brook adding its life-giving force at the heart
of the property, our recently renovated Center building has the
rustic charm of country living with the beauty of pine wood walls
and the warmth of a wood stove. |
| Sleeping
accommodations range from a private single room to rooms with double
beds and a large room that sleeps four - a total sleeping space for
fifteen people. We ask that you provide your own bedding, but we are
happy to provide it for you for a nominal fee. There is also plenty
of room for camping if you prefer the outdoors. |

Our
fully equipped kitchen is always available for coffee, tea or late
night snacks and is where the delicious meals for our classes are
prepared. |
| Our
library is well stocked with herbal, earth awareness and alternative
health books for your reading pleasure and provides a place to "hang
out" with classmates or enjoy a quiet evening of relaxation

The
pure sweetness of the water at PEEC offers some of the best you
will drink anywhere. Our source is a spring coming down off the
mountain that we have tapped with a gravity-fed system for kitchen
use only. We have an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and
cold running water.
A
visit to our outdoor privy provides a pleasant stroll across the
stream, past gardens with views of mountains and meadows.
